We also have the option to Transform the Data, where the Power Query Editor will appear for us to use. ![]() At the right of the Navigator dialog box, we have a preview of what will be inserted in our Spreadsheet.Īt the bottom right corner of the Navigator dialog box, we can select the Load button, to Load the PDF file in the current Sheet, or we can select the Load To button to Load the PDF File in another Worksheet. We then have the Display Options for us to select which Table we want to import, or we can select the whole Page as shown below. We have the option to activate the check box next to the command Select Multiple Items just in case we need to select more than one item. Once the Connection is established the Navigator dialog box appears as shown below. Once we press the Import button, the Connecting dialog box appears as shown below notifying us to Please Wait While We Establish a Connection. Once done, we just press the Import button located at the bottom right corner of the Import Data dialog box. Once we have selected to Import Data from a PDF File, the Import Data dialog box appears as shown in the image below, where we must navigate and locate the PDF File that we want and need to import into our Excel Spreadsheet. Once we locate the area Get & Transform Data, we select the command Get Data as shown below, and from the drop-down menu that appears we select the first command that is named From File and then from the submenu that appears we select the command From PDF.
